ON PLACING ORDERS
Sales are made on first come first serve basis.
Priority will be given to those who have submitted their orders with full details.
If you are no longer interested, we would appreciate it if you can inform us asap.
Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless it is a manufacturing defect.
ON RESERVATIONS
Reservations for stocks on hand can only be made for a maximum period of 24 hours. Once that time is up, we'll make the item available to the next interested buyer.
Reservations cannot be made for restock orders as they are limited, therefore payment must be made asap to secure your orders earlier.
ON BACK ORDERS
We restock every Monday if possible unless mentioned otherwise. Do read more on BACK ORDERS here.
ON PAYMENT
We offer services such as bank transfers and paypal. More on PAYMENT METHODS here.
ON DELIVERY METHODS
We provide Pos Laju (Domestic) and Resgistered Post (International) as a method of postage for customers. Charges varies according to parcel weight.
Items will only be mailed on the next postage day (Monday, Wednesday or Friday) after payment has been fully made.
We will not be liable for any losses/damages caused during the delivery of goods using the mentioned delivery services.
Please inspect your orders properly as all sales are final.
